Arno Gatz, owner and founder of Gatz-Canoes started paddling in the 40s in modified tiptanks of warplanes. Followed by folding kayaks the need for a larger multifunctional craft led to the building of his first canoe.

The company will be hosting an in-show competition, the lucky winner will get an entry level kit worth £450 consisting of a kayak, paddles and buoyancy aid, that can be used by anyone over 8 years old. Competition registration at their stand BW450, in the Boats & Watersports section.
