The British Leisure Show will be hosted at the fabulous Royal Windsor Racecourse, on the banks of the River Thames with the stunning Windsor Castle as a backdrop.

How To Get Here

Getting to Royal Windsor Racecourse couldn't be easier! The venue is located to the West of London with great road access from the M25, M3 and M4. There is also good access to the site by coach, train, boat and even helicopter! Parking

We are able to provide ample FREE onsite parking for the 3 day show. Please check our Visitor Parking page and Exhibitor Travel & Storage pages for further details.

Food & Drink

During the show, there will be a great choice of food and beverages available on-site. Day visitors will be able to relax on-site and enjoy delicious food and a drink from one of the bars, restaurants and concession vans. A dedicated restaurant will even open for breakfast at 7am for those visitors camping on-site.

Disabled Facilities

We heartily welcome disabled visitors and have designed the show on one level to ensure easy access. Where required, disabled access is available as follows:

• Disabled parking spaces
• Disabled toilets around the venue
• Lift access to all floors in the Royal Windsor Grandstand
• Lift access to the ground floor of the Paddock Pavilion
