When Natural Fitness Ltd was set up in 2003 offering personal training, they knew from experience that they needed to be able to offer clients that something extra. They were well aware that nutrition was an important ingredient in the mix of what is now an extremely successful business.

Having researched protein bars, cereal bars and every kind of bar they could find, they felt that there was a gap in the market place - and that is where ‘The Buzz’ energy bars came into being.
